A video can be published online via Web distribution as long as the use is allowed by the terms of your license agreement.
The video can be published on a company's website or on a UGC (user-generated content) social media platform such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Patreon, Vimeo, or LinkedIn, among others.
If you have a Small Business license with a Web use, for example, the company whose logo appears in the film can post it anyplace online that is associated with their brand.
That same film cannot be published or shared by another company without obtaining a separate license that covers their branding.
