Any work with socially or politically sensitive content will require an Enterprise license, with the planned use being discussed directly with the artist.
If the artist agrees to the use, our Licensing Team will negotiate a price with an Account Executive depending on the intended purpose.
Here are a few examples of what we consider to be sensitive topics:
Tobacco, alcohol, or drug use;
Sexual activity or sexually oriented nudity;
Illegal acts;
Health and body functioning;
Violent behavior that is excessive or graphic;
Political content.
